1st AEX Meet

The first AEX Meet for the year 2009 – 2010 hosted by RSRT 158 was held at Hotel Bell (Sivakasi) on Sunday, Oct’ 11th, 2009 at 10:30am.

It was an elaborate meeting were the plans for the current year were discussed in detail by the area office bearers, area convenors and the chairmen & secretaries of the tables.

I’ll update this post as soon as I receive more details. Until then, enjoy the slide.

AEX Social @ Hotel Bell (Sivakasi)

The roof-top social @ Hotel Bell (Sivakasi) was hosted by RSRT 158 for all the guests and members of the area board on Oct 1oth, 2009. It was a fun filled social with excellent food & music and the party went on till the wee hours of the morning.

The fourth and final AEX Meet for the year 2008 – 2009 was held at Yatch Club a day before our Area AGM. Reports of all the important activities were given and meeting was very concise and interesting.
